Returns

If the item you have received it is not like you imagine, and you would like to return it, you should do so in 14 days from receiving your order. Please email me and I will give you the shipping address you may send the package to. After posting your package, email me confirming that it is on its way. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order.

To return an item, it must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You don’t need to use the same packaging you received, but you need to make sure to well pack the kit in order the package will get back to me undamaged.

 

Refunds

I will email you once I receive your returned item notifying if your refund is approved or rejected. If the item is in well conditions, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
